wy999 Terms & Conditions – Rules Governing Use of the Platform by Pakistani Players

3.1 One Account Per Player

Where duplicate accounts are detected, wy999 may close all associated accounts, void all bets and bonuses, and retain any balances pending compliance review.

You must not share your username or password with any other person. wy999 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain credential security. 3.4 Account Currency

All wy999 accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All deposits, withdrawals, bets, winnings, and bonus amounts are processed and displayed in PKR. wy999 does not currently support multi-currency accounts.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

wy999 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following channels: JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah. All transactions are in PKR. wy999 does not accept cryptocurrency, credit card payments, or third-party payment processors not listed above.

4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically credited to your wy999 wallet instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take 1–3 business hours depending on interbank processing times. wy999 is not responsible for delays caused by your payment provider or banking institution.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed by wy999 within 24 hours of submission, subject to completion of any applicable KYC verification. Funds are returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible. 5.3 Voided Bets

Voided bets are returned to the player's wy999 wallet at the original stake amount.

wy999 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any account found to be in breach of any of the above prohibitions, withhold outstanding balances pending investigation, and report relevant conduct to applicable authorities.

wy999 may suspend or close a player account at any time for reasons including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, failure to satisfy KYC or age verification requirements, evidence of fraudulent activity, suspected account compromise, regulatory requirement, or at the player's own request.

Where a player wishes to voluntarily close their wy999 account, they should contact wy999 support via live chat. Any remaining real-money PKR balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method after applicable checks are completed. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.

Accounts that have been voluntarily closed or self-excluded may not be reopened during the exclusion period. wy999 takes self-exclusion requests seriously and will enforce them to the best of its technical ability.

Nothing in these Terms limits wy999's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
